Responsibilities
As a Junior Associate on this growing team, you’ll gain hands-on experience handling complex toxic tort cases for Fortune 500 clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting expert and witness depositions
- Drafting original motions, discovery requests, and responses on sophisticated matters
- Building client relationships through clear and concise communication
- Preparing for trial, including drafting motions, and preparing exhibits and witness lists
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation, ideally in high-exposure cases involving products liability and general negligence.
- Education: Juris Doctor degree from a respected law school.
- Licensure: California bar admission required.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
